What are the Terms and Conditions for this SIM?

Returns are not possible after the product has been activated.

Cannot be used outside the listed countries.

Not to be used in any equipment which enables the sending of bulk SMS, voice or data services for commercial purposes.

Any breach of the terms and conditions will result in the SIM being blocked and you will not be able to continue to use the SIM. Once blocked this SIM cannot be unblocked.

Is there a credit check for this SIM?

No credit check is required to purchase this O2 SIM plan.

Is there a contract for this SIM?

No, there is no contract for this SIM. It is a 30-day rolling plan. This means you will pay a monthly payment until you cancel your subscription.

How do I set up my pay monthly subscription?

When you checkout this SIM card, you will be directed to securely set up your monthly subscription. You will enter in the card details for the card you want the payment to be charged to each month.

Can I keep my existing phone number with this plan?

Yes, just send us your PAC Code!

You can easily keep your current phone number when buying a SIM through us.

All you need to do is send us your PAC code so we can port your number across to your new SIM card/eSIM.
You can do this by adding your PAC code to the notes section of your order.

How do I get a PAC code?

You can request a PAC code from your current SIM provider. Normally this can be done via texting the word 'PAC' to 65075 using the number you want to keep.

Does this tariff include calls from the UK to EU?

No, this tariff does not include calls from the UK to EU. However, we do have an O2 Unlimited plan available which does include this feature for £25 Inc. VAT. Please contact us if you're interested in this tariff.

Does the SIM carry on working for as long as the monthly fee is paid?

Yes it does. There is no need to get a new SIM card every month, your SIM will remain active for as long as you subscribe to the monthly payments.

Can you supply a VAT invoice?

Yes, we can supply a VAT invoice if required upon request.
