You'll find this number on the SIM card itself. It begins with either 0068 (O2 SIM), 0003 (Vodafone SIM) or a 3 (EE SIMs). For Vodafone SIMs, please only include the numbers up to and excluding the letter.

SIM Activations are completed Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (Excl Bank Holidays). Any Activation requests submitted outside of this time will be picked up again during office hours.

SIM activation usually takes 30 mins but please allow up to 2 hours.
