How do I order?
Simply decide whether you need a static IP address or not and select a Licence & Data option at the top of this page and then hit 'Add to Cart' or 'Buy it Now'. Then you'll head to our secure checkout to pay for your order.
What's included in the first payment at checkout?
Included in the payment at checkout is the cost for the Omni device itself and 30-days of your licence/data/static IP. You will be contacted after your order to set up a subscription for your static IP address and licence if required for longer than 30-days.
When will it be delivered?
You order will be shipped within 48 working hours of your order being placed.
What is your return policy?
If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available for 14 days after delivery.
Following The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery of the goods.

What is a SimRush static IP address?
A SimRush public IP Address comes from our datacentre based in the UK and is assigned directly to your SimRush Controller, your primary broadband router & firewall.
It is a hardware based static IP solution so the IP address is completely independent from the SIM card and carrier network.
What is the SimRush Licence? And do I have to have one?
A SimRush licence is required for all SimRush devices. The SimRush Licence gives you remote support, diagnostics and firmware updates via our helpdesk. You also get access to “SPanel” the SimRush management portal.
